NEEDS: Five principles for living life to the full

N= Needless. Omit needless things. Not everything. Think whether it will clutter your life or not.

E= Essential. Identify the essential. What is important? What do you value? What do you really want to do?

E= Edit. Change is the only constant thing in life. You have constantly edit and revise what is essential and what is needless

D= Delimit. You cannot do everything. You cannot have everything. Think whether what you do or what you keep or buy or accumulate is really worth it or not?

S= Satisfaction. Doing the above does not mean you empty your life of everything worthwhile. Fill it with what satisfies you, what gives you solace, happiness and joy.
