How to use colours to calm yourself

Colours have a powerful effect on us. We can use this to calm and relax ourselves. The colours we need to know are the colours of the rainbow.

ROY G BIV is a common mnemonic to remember the colours of the rainbow:

Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Indigo
Violet

Close your eyes. Visualise red( u can fill the screen with red, or think of a red object). Then go on to orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. See how you feel. Are u becoming more relaxed and calm?
