The seven steps for creating change

Over the last week we have learned how we can create change.

Let us summarise them today:

  1. Be positive and happy and you will able to create change more easily
  2. Change the way you see the world in a positive way.
  3. See possibility and not stress, negativity and failure everywhere so that we can seize the opportunity when it comes
  4. When you face defeat, stress and crisis, reinterpret events in a positive way so that you rise above it.
  5. Focus first on small manageable goals and then gradually expanding our circle to achieve bigger and bigger ones.
  6. Minimize barriers to change not by will power but by making small energy adjustments so that we can do the things we want to do easily.
  7. Invest in your social support network-friends, peers and family members to fuel success and change.
