Over the last week we have learned how we can create change.
Let us summarise them today:
- Be positive and happy and you will able to create change more easily
- Change the way you see the world in a positive way.
- See possibility and not stress, negativity and failure everywhere so that we can seize the opportunity when it comes
- When you face defeat, stress and crisis, reinterpret events in a positive way so that you rise above it.
- Focus first on small manageable goals and then gradually expanding our circle to achieve bigger and bigger ones.
- Minimize barriers to change not by will power but by making small energy adjustments so that we can do the things we want to do easily.
- Invest in your social support network-friends, peers and family members to fuel success and change.
