We are all visitors

I am going to be posting a very short story at times that makes us think, become more aware, inspires, guides and possibly enlightens. After all, this is what true wealth is all about. Read the story and allow it to absorb into yourself. Change might automatically happen.

Here is the first one:

An  American tourist once paid a visit to renowned Polish rabbi Hofetz Chaim. He was astonished to see that the rabbi’s home was merely a simple room, with only books, a table, a chair, a bed, a sink and a simple cabinet. The tourist asked, “Rabbi, where is your furniture?” Hofetz Chaaim replied, “Where is yours?” The puzzled American asked, “Mine? But I’m only a vistor here. I’m only passing through”. The rabbi replied, “So am I.”
